8. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. However, once the order is dispatched from our hub, it cannot be canceled. If the cancellation is made before shipping, a 5% transaction charge will be deducted. If the order is already processed for shipping, a 10% processing charge along with any shipping fees will be deducted.
